Weekly learning

This week, I have learnt about remainders in maths for division. Remainders are numbers left over from a problem e.g. 46 divided by 7 = 6r3 because 7 times 6 = 42 and then there would be 3 left over, and another example: 86 divided by 9 = 9r5 because 9 times 9 = 81 plus the 5 remaining numbers. And that is what remainders are.

  1. Excellent learning Ari. Your next step with this is to learn the best way to write/express the remainder. We can work on that next week.
